<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional liquid crystal display panel including a metal film as a light-blocking mask of a color filter in which: signal delay easily occurs due to parasitic capacitance with the other wire, and in the use of an organic film containing black pigment as the light-blocking mask of the color filter, the number of manufacturing steps is large. <P>SOLUTION: A film in which two coloring layers are laminated (a lamination layer of a red coloring layer 13 and a blue coloring layer 12, or a lamination layer of the red coloring layer 13 and a green coloring layer 11) is formed as light-blocking parts 15 and 16 on a counter substrate so as to overlap with a TFT of an element substrate without using a light-blocking mask (black matrix). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
