POWDER VOLUMETRIC FEEDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder volumetric feeding method capable of stabilizing the feed rate of a binder that is powder.

SOLUTION: In a powder volumetric feeding device including a second cement silo 6 for storing cement which has an inlet port 6a at an upper portion and a hopper discharge port 6b at a bottom; a rotary feeder 14 for feeding the cement stored in the second cement silo 6 which is installed at the hopper discharge opening 6b; and an aeration device 20 which blows gas toward the cement stored in the second cement silo 6, the aeration device 20 is controlled based on the internal state of the silo 6 to reduce the fluctuation of the bulk density of the cement stored in the silo 6, whereby the feed rate of the cement is stabilized.
