<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron which can stabilize the location accuracy of an anode vane while enhancing the quality, and to provide a microwave utilization apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetron 10 for use in a microwave utilization apparatus comprises: an anode cylinder 23 having a plurality of anode vanes 29 arranged radially on the inner wall surface; a top shell 31 connected to the anode cylinder 23 and housing an antenna 30 connected with the anode vanes 29; a cathode cylinder 25 connected to the anode cylinder 23 on the reverse side of the top shell 31; and a positioning part 51 which is provided on the inner surface of the anode cylinder 23 and positions each anode vane 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
