<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving electric power vehicle which does not need to modify a purchased vehicle, enables easier electric cable drawing work compared to conventional electric power source vehicles and prevents rainwater from easily entering into a container. <P>SOLUTION: An opening 127h through which an electric cable C passes is provided at a second entrance door 127 of a container 105. A door member 137, rotating between a first position where the door member 137 closes the opening 127h and a second position where the door member 137 opens the opening 127h, is provided through a hinge 139 on an outer surface of the second entrance door 127.
