[Problem] To provide a treatment device for the ear, nose, and throat that facilitates the positioning of an expansion body in the nasal cavity without the need for radioscopy. [Solution] A sinusitis treatment device (1) characterized by comprising the following: a flexible first long body (11) that is introduced into the paranasal sinus via the nasal cavity; an image pick-up means (15) that is provided to the first long body (11) and that acquires images forward of the distal end of the first long body (11); a flexible second long body (12) having a lumen into which the first long body (11) penetrates; an expansion body (13) that is provided to the second long body (12) and that has an expanding part (13a) that expands and deforms in a natural opening positioned between the nasal cavity and the paranasal sinus thereby widening the narrow part of the natural opening; and a positioning means (M) that is provided to the second long body (12) and that positions, with respect to the first long body (11), the expanding part (13a) of the second long body (12) that moves along the first long body (11).
