An oscillator is provided with: a piezoelectric transducer (10); an oscillating member (20) that restrains the piezoelectric transducer (10) on one side thereof; an elastic member (40) which is one or the opposing other surface of the oscillating member (20), and which is positioned between the piezoelectric oscillator (10) and the edge of the oscillating member (20) in plan view; and an anchoring member (42) which is one or other surface of the oscillation member (20), and which is positioned between the piezoelectric oscillator (10) and the elastic member (40) in plan view; and a support member (30) that supports the oscillating member (20) via an elastic member (40) and an anchoring member (42).
