A resin composition of a polyarylate resin (A), a polycarbonate resin (B) and an acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer (C), wherein the mass proportions of the components simultaneously satisfy the following condition (I) and the following formula (II): a mass proportion of (A) is 30% by mass or more  (I); (C)/[(A)+(B)+(C)]=5/100 to 30/100  (II).
