<p>[Problem] To provide a personal safety verification system whereby carrying out verification of personal safety in a disaster area when a natural disaster, such as an earthquake or tsunami, happens, while giving consideration to protection of personal information, and support by a specialist are made possible. [Solution] A system administration server, which is configured as a system which a social networking service (SNS) operates for its members and their families, transmits an e-mail which contains a URL of a personal safety verification site to a user in a disaster area, determines that the user is alive when the site is accessed, and posts to a personal safety information bulletin board. The personal safety information bulletin board is viewable only by specified users upon the SNS, being friends or family. Additionally, a message from the user who has been affected by the disaster is posted upon the personal safety information bulletin board, and a message from the user who views the personal safety information bulletin board is received via the personal safety information bulletin board. Furthermore, a user who is registered with the SNS and who has specialized knowledge, etc., is searched for in order to carry out support for the user who has been affected by the disaster.</p> |
