The liquid dispenser has an operating element (1) in form of a lever or key, formed below, and a feed pump arranged at the bottom. A suction line is extended in the direction of one-way bottle and is connected to the downstream direction of the feed pump. The accidental contacting of the liquid outlet is prevented by a protective cover. The operating element can be actuated both by pressing and drawing.
