The sensor device has housing (12) which is bolted to the to-be-attached element. A relay terminal component (20) has several circular relay terminals (200) that are concentrically arranged and connected to mold-integrated circuit (16) which is provided on housing, about a rotation axis (X) of housing. A positioner pin (162) has two ends among which one end is penetrated with respect to circuit, such that the end is inserted into pin insertion hole (122) of the housing, and another end of pin is inserted into another pin insertion hole (201) of the relay terminal component.
