PURPOSE: An electronic device, a server, a method, and a system for providing user contents are provided to allow easily use of the user contents related to traffic by categorizing the user contents according to various elements. CONSTITUTION: A navigation device(100) is connected to a network(300) using a first communication interface(11). A mobile phone(10a) is connected to the network using a second communication interface(12). A mobile computing device(10b) is connected to the network using a third communication interface(13). A laptop computer(10c) is connected to the network using a forth communication interface(14). The social network engine is connected to the network and a server(200) using a fifth communication interface(15). The social network engine provides a social network server for managing a user community. The server stores user information for each user device.
