<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel document management system etc., for access to document data. <P>SOLUTION: A document management system includes a user information retrieval part which retrieves and acquires user information corresponding to a first user ID included in an access request from a user information database, and determines whether or not the acquired user information includes a second user ID imparted more in the past than the first user ID; a history retrieval part which retrieves and acquires history information corresponding to the second user ID from a history information database when it is determined that the second user ID is included; a document access retrieval part which retrieves and acquires access right information made to correspond to a document ID included in the access request from an access right management database; and a document access part which determines whether or not corresponding document data can be accessed based upon the access criterion information, and first user property information or second user property information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
