摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor control system that can suppress a temperature ripple of a regeneration power semiconductor element and can improve a lifetime of the regeneration power semiconductor element. <P>SOLUTION: The motor control system which supplies electric power to a hoisting motor 7 includes: a converter 4 that converts direct current electric power and alternate current electric power alternately and a regeneration power consumption part that consumes regeneration power generated when the hoisting motor 7 is operated for regeneration. The converter 4 has a plurality of diode modules 4a, 4b, and 4c corresponding to the number of phases of the electric power or the hoisting motor 7. The regeneration power consumption part has a regeneration power semiconductor element module 8 which performs the energization control of a regeneration resistance 9 which consumes the regeneration electric power as heat.
