<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign display body which allows a fabricated sign content to be continuously used. <P>SOLUTION: A sign display body comprises a plate-shaped display part 2 having a planar display surface, a base part 4 to be installed on a road surface, and an intermediate part 3 for connecting the display part 2 and the base part 4. The display part 2 is vertically arranged on the base part 4 through the intermediate part 3. The intermediate part 3 formed of a component different from those of the display part 2 and the base part 4 is detachably fixed to the display part 2 and the base part 4. The intermediate part 3 has flexibility to be elastically bent by contact of a vehicle with the intermediate part 3 or the display part 2. In the case that the sign display body 1 is repeatedly trampled by vehicles or the like, the easily bendable intermediate part 3 may be damaged by repeated stress. In this case, the intermediate part 3 is detached from the display part 2 and the base part 4 for the replacement of the intermediate part 3 alone. Consequently, the removal of the base part 4 from an installation site and preparation of a new display part 2 with a sign are not required for continuous display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
