<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a plate spring from geting stuck in a wedge gap in operation of a brake-side clutch section by lever operation. <P>SOLUTION: A brake-side clutch section on the output side blocks reverse input torque from the output side, and comprises: pairs of cylindrical rollers 27 disposed in the wedge gaps 26 between a brake-side outer ring 23 which is restrained from rotating and an output shaft 22 from which torque is outputted, and controlling both the transmission of input torque and the blocking of reverse input torque by being engaged between the brake-side outer ring 23 and the output shaft 22 and disengaged therefrom; and plate springs 28 each disposed between each of the pairs of the cylindrical rollers 27 and applying separation force to the cylindrical rollers 27. The cross-section of each of the plate springs 28 has an N shape comprising a middle oblique side 28a and upstanding sections 28b bent at both ends of the side and extending in the directions opposite to each other. The outside dimension between both ends of the middle oblique side 28a is set to be less than the maximum gap dimension H<SB POS="POST">2</SB>of the wedge gaps 26 between the brake-side outer ring 23 and the output shaft 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
