<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus which can easily create a moving image having impressive visual effects from an existing moving image. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus comprises: an image processing part 10 which performs at least one of a first image processing that imparts or removes electronic zoom effect to or from a moving image recorded on a record medium 18 and a second image processing that imparts or removes electronic blurring effect to or from the recorded moving image; a first setting part 24 which sets a processing segment in the moving image on which the image processing is to be applied by the image processing part; a second setting part 24 which sets at least one of time-sequentially varying zoom magnification imparted by the first image processing and a time-sequentially varying amount of blur imparted by the second image processing with respect to the processing segment in the moving image; and a moving image data creating part 10 which creates moving image data including the moving image that has been subjected to the image processing by the image processing part based on the settings made by the first setting part and the second setting part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
