<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably combust fuel in a gas turbine combustor, even when the calory of a main fuel gas from a plant quickly and dramatically changes. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel gas control device has a main control section 110 causing an adjust gas control valves 31, 41 to adjust flow rate of adjusting gas fed into a main fuel gas line 20 such that the unit calory of fuel gas flowing into a gas turbine 10 approaches to set calory, a calory time property estimating section 122 referring to information showing relation various kinds of operating conditions of a steel plant 50 and a unit calory property of BFG from the steel plant and estimating the unit calory time property of the BFG corresponding to the operation conditions of the steel plant obtained by an operation condition acquisition section 121, and a set calory changing section 123 determining new set calory capable of correcting the calory change of the BFG shown by the unit calory time property estimated by the calory time property estimating section 122 and changing the set calory to the new set calory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
