Provided is a locking device for a closing-opening member in which a slide pin can be smoothly slid with less noise when a rotor is rotated. The locking device (10) for a closing-opening member comprises: an installation base (20); a spindle (21); a rotor (30) rotatably installed on the installation base (20); a pair of arms (35); a pair of slide pins (51, 52) having proximal ends (53) connected to the arms (35) and distal ends (55) insertable in engagement holes; a torsion coil spring (60) applying a force to the rotor (30) to rotate the rotor (30) in a direction where the slide pins (51, 52) are inserted in the engagement holes; and a lock releasing means for releasing the slide pins (51, 52) from the engagement holes against the force applied by the torsion coil spring (60), wherein a guide part is provided to make the slide pins (51, 52) slide linearly in the length directions thereof.
