The device (1) has a lubricant separating unit (7) that is connected with a working medium circuit (AK) used for circulating working medium (AM). The lubricant separating unit is arranged in flux direction of working medium between a conveyor unit (2) and a heat exchanger (3). The lubricant separating unit is connected with a return line (8) for feeding the lubricant into an expansion unit (4) connected with a capacitor (5).
