POLYAMINE COMPOUNDS AND PREPARATIVE MENTODS AND USES THEREOF

Polyamine compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts are provided, wherein the compounds has the structure of formula (I) and R is lower alkyl substituted by halogen. The polyamine compounds in the present invention has more selective and active effect than ever in inhibiting tumor cell while the inhibiting effect to the proliferation of normal cells is not obvious and toxicity is lower. Furthermore, the preparative methods of polyamine compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and the uses for preparing medicine for treating tumor, cancer and related diseases are also provided.
