MAGNETIC ROLL AND THE PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE: A magnetic roll and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to extrude a first block magnet of a block magnetic portion and a block magnet with strong magnetic force which is the same as the magnetic force of an extruded product. CONSTITUTION: N pole or S pole are circularly and alternatively arranged on both sides of a second block magnet(10d1) around a vertical axis with a first block magnet(10d2). A non magnetic sleeve surrounds the first block magnet and the second block magnet. Shafts(30) are placed in the first block magnet and the second block magnet.
