<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make maintenance service efficient by utilizing information obtained before fault occurrence. <P>SOLUTION: A maintenance management system 100 generates a dispatch schedule of a service person by inputting fault occurrence probability information from a user state management system 101 which calculates fault occurrence probability of a user system 200 based upon information from a remote monitoring device 201 connected to the user system 200, selecting the user system 200 to which the service person is assigned based upon the fault occurrence probability, and assigning the service person to the user system 200 selected as an object of assignment by reference to the dispatch schedule of the service person. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
