<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide LED elements which stably achieve individual optical characteristics, a manufacturing method of the LED elements, and a color tone correction method of the LED elements. <P>SOLUTION: An LED chip 120 disposed on a base substrate 110 is sealed by a light transmissive resin layer 150. A nano fluorescence material solution containing semiconductor quantum dots is injected to the resin layer 150 by a print control system. The nano fluorescence material solution is cured and a nano fluorescence material layer 160 is laminated. The semiconductor quantum dots absorb a part of photons radiated from the LED chip 120 and incident upon the nano fluorescence material layer 160, and emit photons having different wavelengths from the incident photons. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
