<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new construction regulating equipment for which safety, functionality, operability and portability are improved more than a color cone. <P>SOLUTION: A construction regulating member 1 comprises a bottom plate 5 and a side plate 3. The side plate 3 is provided upwards from the bottom plate 5, and is formed of an elastic material. A projection part 6 which is a connection part with the side plate 3 of the bottom plate 5 is also elastic. A reflector 7 is provided on a front surface 13 of the side plate 3 to form a reflection part. On an upper part of the side plate 3, a hole part is provided, and a handle 9 is formed. The construction regulating equipment 1 is deformed so that the side plate 3 is brought down by external force, a shape is restored after the external force is released, and it returns to an original position. For instance, the construction regulating equipment 1 installed on a road surface 17 is deformed so that the side plate 3 and the projection part 6 are brought down when stepped on by a traveling vehicle.
