<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timing chain driving device which is hard to wear even if contacting to a timing chain which travels at a high speed, because of high rigidity of a contact surface to the timing chain and no sliding resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A first chain guide 5a and a second chain guide 5b are arranged for applying a tensile to prevent a timing chain 1 from becoming loose.
