<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sheet and a touch panel which can secure high transparency and improve detection sensitivity even when an electrode is composed of a pattern of a thin metal wire. <P>SOLUTION: In a conductive sheet, a first conductive part 13A and a second conductive part 13B arranged on the display panel side are included, the first conductive part 13A and the second conductive part 13B are arranged to be opposed to each other, the first conductive part 13A includes multiple first conductive patterns 26A which are arranged in an x direction and are respectively connected to multiple first large lattices 16A, the second conductive part 13B includes multiple second conductive patterns 26B which are arranged in a y direction and are respectively connected to multiple second large lattices 16B.
