PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless video transmission system capable of transmitting high-quality video data even when a handover is executed or the line condition is deteriorated.

SOLUTION: A wireless camera 2 includes: an imaging part 3 for generating video data; a video cutout part 12 for generating priority video data and non-priority video data having different image areas, from the video data; first and second wireless communication parts 15 and 16 for communicating with each of first and second access points AP1 and AP2; and a communication control part 17 for controlling the wireless communication with the first and the second wireless communication parts. The communication control part 17 can treat each of the priority video data and the non-priority video data as independent two video streams to transmit from the first and the second wireless communication parts, and determines the acceptance or refusal for transmitting the two video streams from the first and the second wireless communication parts, based on the wireless communication line condition and the handover execution status.
