PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially improve oil and fat productivity in plants.

SOLUTION: A plant body which introduces at least one gene selected from the group consisting of At1g36060 gene, At1g78080 gene and At1g22190 gene, or a functionally equivalent gene to the gene under the control of a seed-specific promoter, or modifies the internally existing promoter of the gene to the seed-specific promoter.
