PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information beneficial to implementation of energy saving.

SOLUTION: A totaling and analysis support device includes: a time series data collecting unit 111 for collecting time series data showing a physical amount for each unit time; a totalling unit 113 for totaling the collected time series data as time interval data in day unit; a reference value calculation unit 123 for calculating, for time interval data of an analysis object, a reference value for each time interval based on the time interval data associated according to setting of a user; and an analysis display unit 124 for performing graphic display of the time interval data of the analysis object and the reference value for each time interval in a superposing manner.
