PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiver capable of easily selecting a viewable broadcast station.

SOLUTION: A broadcast reception part 11 receives a broadcast station list including broadcast station position information indicating the positions of respective broadcast stations. A present position information acquisition part 12 acquires present position information. A distance calculation part 32 calculates distances from a present position to each broadcast station respectively, based on the broadcast station position information included in the broadcast station list acquired by the broadcast reception part 11 and the present position information acquired by the present position information acquisition part 12. A preset processing part 33 allows a storage part 4 to store preset information 42 where preset numbers are respectively associated with channel information of the respective broadcast stations, based on the distances from the present position to the respective broadcast stations, which are calculated by the distance calculation part 32.
