<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stereo ribbon microphone capable of acquiring proper stereo sound collectability without being affected by acoustic characteristics exhibited by a neighborhood structure, even when a plurality of microphone units are disposed to be flush with one another. <P>SOLUTION: In a stereo ribbon microphone 1, four ribbon microphone units 2a, 2b, 2c, and 2d are disposed respectively in a manner that their directional axes are flush with one another.
