<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic apparatus case which, when the case is attached to a portable electronic apparatus, can make use of text or graphic logos of the portable electronic apparatus to enjoy a decoration which suits the user's taste simply in an easily rearrangeable manner. <P>SOLUTION: A case formed to match the external surface shape on the reverse face or side face of a portable electronic apparatus is composed of a translucent material. The outer surface or inner face of the case covering the reverse face of a portable electronic apparatus is provided with graphic or text, so that, when the case is attached to the portable electronic apparatus, the logo mark and logo text of the portable electronic apparatus can be seen through.
