<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting, feeding and polishing apparatus that enables easy replacement of a polishing material. <P>SOLUTION: The lifting, feeding and polishing apparatus B includes a ball lifting/feeding unit 100 and a polishing material cassette. The ball lifting/feeding unit is composed of a unit body 101 and a ball lifting/feeding means. The ball lifting/feeding means is composed of a screw conveyor, a ball lifting/feeding guide, and a first driving means for rotating the conveyor. The polishing material cassette comprises: a cassette body that is fitted to the ball lifting/feeding unit; an endless belt-like polishing material that is stored in the cassette body and horizontally moved on the outer side of the cassette body; a polishing material feeding means that is installed near the entrance inside the cassette body and moves the polishing material; and a pair of right and left flappers that are equipped in a recessed groove formed in the front wall of the cassette body and pressurize, toward a ball lifting/feeding passage, the polishing material exposed to the outer side of the cassette body.
