<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the number and arrangement of ultrasonic transducers in such a manner as to highly accurately monitor a flow rate even for a flow velocity vector in any direction. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasonic transceiver fixing tool (20) comprises a mounting unit (22) which is capable of fixing a plurality of ultrasonic transceivers (50) at equal intervals on a concentric circle while positioning them outside a pipeline (60) to be measured. Furthermore, a pipeline flow monitoring apparatus (10) comprises, in addition to the ultrasonic transceiver fixing tool (20), a control device (30) which allows the plurality of ultrasonic transceivers (50) fixed in the mounting unit (22) of the ultrasonic transceiver fixing tool (20) to measure a flow velocity variation of a fluid flowing in the pipeline (60) to be measured on the basis of data obtained by measuring information about a flow velocity of the fluid and to acquire flow rate variation from the flow velocity variation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
