<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search for a substance which may serve as a skin aging marker. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method of determining a degree of aging of skin which includes measuring development of secreted protein and/or intracellular protein of skin cells and/or skin tissue, and/or development of genes thereof, the development of secreted protein and/or intracellular protein changing as the skin ages.
