<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve search accuracy of an executable solution by efficiently generating an initial solution in solving an optimization problem by a metaheuristic method in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The method for generating an initial solution to an optimization problem which uses operation values of a plurality of equipment comprising a plant to determine by the metaheuristic method using a computer system has: a step S1 for formulating a plant model; a step S2 for generating a connection relation of the equipment as a matrix having operation variable, dependent variable, and fixed variable as elements; a step S3 for determining the energy kind of the equipment on the basis of the matrix; a step S4 for generating operation variable information including positions of the operation variable in the matrix; a step S5 for determining order of priority of the equipment having the operation variable on the basis of the energy kind, the operation variable information, and efficiency of the equipment; and a step S6 for generating an initial solution by calculating operation variable values satisfying a restrictive condition in order of equipment of higher priority. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
