<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decline of market value of fruits even if the fruits are grown outdoors. <P>SOLUTION: The growth management system for a plant for managing the state of growth of the plant is disclosed. The system includes: a growth condition measuring device 10 for measuring at least one of the temperature, humidity, CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>concentration and the amount of sunlight in a planting area for the plant; a spectroscopic measuring device 20 for measuring spectroscopic characteristics of an object to be measured to the light with a green leaf of the plant as the object to be measured; and an intensive management device 30 for intensively managing the result of measurement by the growth condition measuring device 10 and the result of measurement by the spectroscopic measuring device 20, and calculating the optimum amount of irrigation to the plant in association with the respective results of measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
