A plant nutrient composition and a plant nutrient kit that is also useful modifying the pH of the soil. Both the plant nutrient composition and the plant nutrient kit employ bio-sulphur mass that is produced by the sulphur oxidation bacteria as a result of microbial oxidation. There is also provided a process for preparation of the plant nutrient composition of the present invention. The plant nutrient?composition which provides controlled release of multiple nutrients to plants in absorbable form as per their requirement and the soil conditions in which they are planted.
