Provided is an electronic key in which it is possible to minimize rattling at the time of pulling an emergency key. This electronic key includes: a lower case (20); a housing part (22) provided in the lower case (20); an emergency key (100) inserted in the housing part (22); a groove-shaped guide part (25) provided in the lower case (20); and a slide part (50) that slides along the guide part (25) and locks the emergency key (100) with the front end part (53) thereof fitting into a recess (102) in the emergency key (100) which has been inserted in the housing part (22). The slide part (50) is provided with: a first projection (55) projecting toward a side wall (27) of the guide part (25), the first projection being provided on the front end part (53); and a second projection (56) projecting toward a side wall (28) of the guide part (25), the second projection being provided on the rear end part (52).
