The cylinder (10) has a bar that is connected to the cylindrical portions of pipes (102,104) along an axial direction. The engagement units are provided on the grooves of cylindrical portions of pipe, for maintaining the immobile state of pipe. An opening is formed between the cylindrical portions of pipe. The axial dimension of opening is equal to the diameter of cylinder main portion. The opening angle of cylinder is larger than or equal to 180 degree.
