The plant has a preparation station (1) provided with a meat container and a portioning- and meat cutting machine, so that meat and form-meat are prepared for kebab production. Skewers are transported via a conveyor to a loading station (2) after a cleaning process for positioning the form-meat and meat-pieces. A forming station (3) is provided with a forming-machine for weight adjustment, so that the skewers are adapted, shaped and cleaned based on the weight. A package machine is provided in a package station (4) for film-wrapping and packing the produced skewers.
