PURPOSE: A power generating device using magnetic force is provided to reduce development costs and manpower by efficiently adopting the small number of components using the magnetic force. CONSTITUTION: A magnetism reduction member(20) reduces a part of the magnetic force of a magnetism rotational plate(10). A rotating device(30) rotates the magnetism rotational plate. A moving member(40) vertically moves in a non-magnetic shaft(2) according to the rotation of the magnetism rotational plate. A moving device(50) is installed in the moving member and the magnetism rotational plate and vertically moves the moving member in the non-magnetic shaft.
