A control device (4) for an electronic jump rope comprises: a processor (41), a power supply module (42) connected to the processor (41), a control button (43), a memory (44), a transceiver module (45) and a display screen (46), with the electronic jump rope being communicatively coupled to the transceiver module (45), and further comprises a jump blanket (50). Further disclosed are three electronic jump rope control systems, being wireless, contact-type electromagnetic wave communication without common grounding and contact pressure. The electronic jump rope control system comprises a jump rope structure and an electronic jump rope control device (4), wherein the jump rope structure comprises two jump rope handles (1A, 1B) and a rope (2) arranged between the two jump rope handles (1A, 1B), and the two jump rope handles (1A, 1B) comprises a fixed handle (10) for being gripped by a jumper and a rotation body (11) connected to the fixed handle (10), with the rotation body (11) being connected to the rope (2). The jump rope control system can carry out real-time display with a compact structure and simple operation.
