PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of indigofera tinctoria extract is provided to maximize antibiotic, anti-inflammation and anti-whitening effects by controlling extraction solvent, extracting temperature, and extracting time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of indigofera tinctoria extract comprises a step of adding ethanol to indigofera tinctoria and extracting the added mixture at 25-30 °C for 11-15 hours. The added amount of the indigofera tintoria is 80-120 parts by weight. The ethanol is 90-100% ethanol and the added amount of the ethanol is 240-360 parts by weight. A soap contains the indigofera tinctoria manufactured through the same.
