JIG DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLING DRIVE UNIT AND LONG LENGTH SHAFT

PURPOSE: A jig device for assembling a heavy driver unit and a shaft is provided to accurately and rapidly match assembly surfaces facing each other by using a stationary jig for supporting a heavy driver unit and a movable jig for a shaft. CONSTITUTION: A jig device for assembling a heavy driver unit and a shaft comprises a fixed jig(10) and a movable jig(20). The fixed jig maintains a predetermined height from the bottom. A driver unit is placed on the top of the fixed jig in order that one assembly surface coupled with a shaft faces the bottom through a center hole(13). The movable jig is installed on the bottom in a state of facing the center hole of the fixed jig to lift the shaft placed on the top of the movable jig so that the upper assembly surface of the shaft can be adjacently moved to the assembly surface of the driver unit.
