PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of controlling a viewer's feeling such as a sense of unity and a realistic sensation to a content by controlling a reproduction speed of a content to respiration of a viewer of a content.

SOLUTION: A respiration distribution applying device extracts, from respiration information obtained by measuring a performance of or a performer playing a content progressing along a time axis, a respiration index for specifying a respiration state of the performer at a time point on the time axis along the progress of the content. The respiration distribution applying device obtains respiration target information corresponding to the respiration state of the performer at least at a partial time point on the time axis from the respiration index and outputs the respiration target information associated with content information representing the content at a respiration target setting position which is the time point on the time axis corresponding to the respiration target information.
