<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cooling medium that accumulates in a housing of an electric motor and is not discharged when the electric motor is cooled by the cooling medium. <P>SOLUTION: An electric motor 1 includes: a first discharge port 27 which is provided in a first flange 65 of a housing 6 and allows a cooling medium to pass through; a second discharge port 30 which is provided at the first flange 65 and allows the cooling medium in the housing 6 that passed through a bearing 7B to pass through, and a discharge passage 32 which discharges the cooling medium that passed through the first discharge port 27 and the second discharge port 30 to the exterior of the housing 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
