<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating body tsunami-countermeasure breakwater structure and the like which makes a sealingly-closed air layer of a floating body with its height being 4 meters or more and 15 meters or less serve as an essential element for keeping buoyancy of the floating structure, can prevent even submergence of tidal wave or the like into the floating structure, and can be set to such a weight resisting tsunami. <P>SOLUTION: A marine floating structure or an ocean floating structure includes: a floating member (for example, a floating box, a floating hollow box, a floating hollow bag or a floating hollow membrane) having a hermetically-closed air layer of a height of 4 meters or more and 15 meters or less (preferably 10 meters) at its upper part and sea water or fresh water moving its center of gravity downward at its bottom part; and an upper floating structure having, at the upper part of the floating member, an upper end contact member coming into contact with the upper end part of the floating member, and at the upper part of the upper end part contact member, an upper structure and at the same time having a lower part passing-through pipe passed through the outer periphery of the floating member and provided with a vertical opening extended down to a predetermined depth in the sea, wherein the weight of the upper floating body is supported by buoyancy of the floating member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
