<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, when forming a vibrating plate member by electrocasting, a thickness of a region in which a positioning pattern is formed, is unevenly formed, the uneven thickness causes a displacement of a center position at a high degree of accuracy, and the accuracy of joint between the vibrating plate member and a piezoelectric member is deteriorated. <P>SOLUTION: The vibrating plate member 2 is formed by electrocasting and includes an island part 20 constituted of an island protrusion 2b comprising a thick part on which a drive column 12A of the piezoelectric member 12 abuts, and a thin part 2a defined around the island protrusion 2b. In the vibrating plate member 2, through-holes 21, 21 are formed as a positioning pattern for positioning with the piezoelectric member 12, and a thinned pattern 22 having the same shape as the island part 20 is formed on both sides of the through-hole 21 in a nozzle alignment direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
