<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a series of user authentication when a user performs access to a system which the user wants to use via a user terminal device used by the user himself or herself after securing safety. <P>SOLUTION: A system management information storage unit 20c is configured to store an ID for access and a password for access as system management information on a system which a user is authorized to use. An authentication unit 10d is started after a user terminal device is extracted from a physical space which a user manages, and configured to, when accepting information which is coincident with an ID for login and a password for login, authenticate the user and to authorize access to the user terminal device 10. A transmission/reception unit 10e is configured to transmit an access request for requesting the system management information on a predetermined system designated by the user. A transmission/reception unit 20e is configured to transmit the system management information on the predetermined system acquired by an acquisition unit 20d.
